Who we are
Greenhouse Auctions is an online auction platform designed to support artists, promote diversity, and provide a welcoming platform for buyers. Sellers—be it artists or galleries—come to offer artwork in thematic auctions that encourage cross-category participation, reduce speculation, and provide a global audience. Buyers come to directly support artists, pursue exciting artwork in a fair and transparent model, and invest in the next generation of talent. All come to support the scholarship fund benefitting HBCU students who are studying art history.
Greenhouse gives back
At the end of each auction, all seller commission is donated to support a scholarship fund dedicated to HBCU students through the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. We strongly believe that promoting the achievements of diverse artists is as important as encouraging the empowerment of an equally diverse group of critics, specialists, advisors, writers and curators.
